Tony attended university in England at London University from 1965 to 1967. He completed his designation as a Real Property Administrator with the Building Owners Managers Institute in 1979. Since then he has achieved his Real Estate License through the University of British Columbia and his Agent's License.
Tony is currently licensed as a Real Estate Investment Advisor in the Province of British Columbia and has many years of experience in all aspects of real estate acquisitions, leasing and negotiations. He has worked as a consultant to lawyers and appraisers and has instructed classes in Asset Management and Real Estate Investment Finance.
Tony started his professional career with the Campeau Corporation in 1971 as Western Regional Manager. In 1975 he moved to Community Builders Ltd. where he was in charge of all commercial and residential holdings in the Vancouver and Seattle areas. From 1979 to 1985 he acted as Vice President, Property Management for Macaulay Nicolls Maitland. His division was responsible for managing 130 properties in many parts of the world.
In 1985 he was a founding shareholder of Penreal Advisors Ltd. and was Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management responsible for management of all properties under administration totaling more than $1 billion dollars in asset value. Upon the sale of Penreal, he moved to the Royal Bank where he was hired to manage all leasing for B. C., Alberta, Yukon and the Northwest Territories.
In 2002 Tony joined Martello Property Services Inc. to develop institutional and asset management business in the region.
